  • Written quotes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change after expiration.
  • Product availability may vary; substitutions of equal or greater quality may be offered if necessary.
  • Estimated lead times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.
  • Ownership of goods remains with U.S. Flags & Foreign Flags & Poles, Inc. until payment is received in full.

We pride ourselves on clear communication and will always keep you informed of any changes or delays.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship via standard carriers (such as UPS) as well as freight carriers for larger items, including flagpoles.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delivery times may vary based on product availability, production schedules, and carrier conditions.
  • Large or commercial deliveries may require special services such as liftgate delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming delivery site accessibility (including tractor trailer access if required).

Freight Deliveries (Flagpoles & Large Orders):
All freight shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier before accepting the shipment.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Stock Items:

  • May be eligible for return or exchange if unused and in original condition.
  • Return authorization is required prior to sending any item back.
  • Restocking fees may apply.

Custom Items:

  • All custom products are final sale and non-returnable.

If you have concerns about an item received, please contact us promptly so we can assist.

Custom Orders Policy

Custom items are a core part of what we offer and are produced specifically for each client.

  • All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once produced.
  • Client approval is required prior to production.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying all details, including design, spelling, layout, and specifications.
  • A setup or design fee may apply if usable artwork is not provided.
  • Pricing is based on quantity and size of each item ordered.
  • Production timelines are TBD based on order timing, size, and production schedule availability.
  • Average production timeframe is approximately 3–4 weeks from approved order.

Please note that colors may vary slightly between digital renditions and finished fabric products.

Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options depending on the client and order type.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, checks, and approved terms accounts.
  • Government and municipal clients may qualify for net payment terms.
  • Deposits may be required for large or custom orders.
  • Orders may not proceed to production until payment or deposit is received.

Flagpole Installation Policy

We offer installation services within select regions.

  • Installation services are currently available in Queen Anne and Talbot Counties (Maryland Eastern Shore).
  • Site conditions must be accurately disclosed prior to scheduling.
  • Customers are responsible for permits unless otherwise agreed.
  • Installation timelines may be affected by weather or site conditions.

We will work closely with you to ensure proper planning and a successful installation.

Warranty Information

We source products from trusted U.S. manufacturers known for quality and durability.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
  • Flags are considered a wear item and are not covered under warranty for normal use.
  • Environmental factors such as wind, sun exposure, and coastal conditions will impact product lifespan.
