  • Desired Finish (Grommets, Pole Sleeve, Fringe, Etc.)
  • Timeline or Deadline (if Applicable)

Artwork:

  • High-Resolution Logo or Design File (Preferred Formats: Ai, EPS, PDF)
  • If Usable Artwork is Not Available or Not Supplied, a Setup/design Fee May Apply for
    Artwork Preparation

Step 2: Quote & Recommendations

  • Once we receive your details, we will:
  • Recommend the best materials and construction.
  • Confirm sizing and finishing options.
  • Provide a clear, detailed quote.
  • Advise on durability, visibility, and cost-efficiency.

Step 3: Rendition & Approval

Before production begins:

  • You’ll receive a digital rendition (proof).
  • We will confirm colors, layout, and specifications.
  • Production begins only after your approval.

Step 4: Production & Delivery

  • Custom items are digitally printed in the USA.
  • Turnaround time is TBD based on order timing, size, and production schedule availability.
  • The average production timeline is approximately 3–4 weeks from the approved order.
  • Shipping options available nationwide.
